  1. Overview

  2. Specifications

  3. Operation Details
    1. The bottles have to be manually/automatically loaded on the mouth of the air conveyor. A blower is fitted on top of the frame of the air conveyor. The air pushes the bottle further automatically and the bottles enter the monoblock rinsing, filling & capping machine.
    2. The machine will have 9 washing nozzles working under positive pump pressure of de-mineralized water. The machine does not include centrifugal pump for de-mineralized water.
    3. You would be required to supply water at 200 liter per hour and 40 psi pressure.
    4. The bottles from the air conveyor will be taken by the star wheel and gripped by two pair of fingers.
    5. The gripping fingers will hold the bottles by neck and necessary guide bars will invert the bottle upside down by 180°. Inverted bottles will receive water from the washing nozzles on the rear of the machine. The washing will operate from 90° to 270° rotation of the machine. 0° position is in the front of the operator.
    6. The washed bottle will be taken by the star wheel under the filling nozzles. The machine will have 9 filling nozzles. The bottles will be raised to the filling nozzles by lifting cam. The bottle will be pressed against filling walls and the same will open. If no bottle is there the filling valves will not open. The water under vacuum will be filled into the bottles. Having the standard feature of “no bottle / no fill”.
    7. As soon as the bottle is full and during rotation of the machine valve will be closed positively and bottle will be lowered and transferred under the capping head. During transfer bottle will pick up the cap from the chute.
    8. The bottle will enter the capping turret. The machine will have 4 capping heads. The cap elevator will sort and deliver the caps to the chute. By adjustable torque chucks, caps will be firmly tightened. Capped bottles will be transferred on the discharge conveyor or will be inline for further application or taken to the collecting table for further packing.
    9. Having the standard feature of “no fill / no cap”.
    10. Complete wraparound shell for rinser - filler - monoblock with stainless steel-304 cladded, machined platform with precise location for assembled housings. Main drive motor will have variable speed ac drive for easy regulation of machine operating speed.

    5. The labeling machine has been specifically designed by premier labelers to handle requirements of the modern packaging company, with its ability to handle a wide range of containers and packages.
    6. The label head can apply labels to round containers, it comes equipped with a non-contact product sensor linked to a label feed delay.
    7. The machine has a user friendly labeling head ensuring that the position of each label can be precisely and accurately placed on the container.
    8. The product pitching mechanism creates the essential spacing between containers and can be used as a bottle stop.
    9.   5. Automatic Bottle Shrink Wrapping Machine Along With Web Sealer
    1. Shrinking area: Water filled bottles.
    2. Bottle size: 500 ml to 1500 ml.
    3. Matrix size: 4x4 bottles (500 ml), 4x3 bottles (1000 ml), 3x3 bottles (1500 ml).
    4. Capacity: 5-6 shrunk boxes/min in 1000 ml.
    5. In feed section: The bottles are fed from previous machine in to the in feed conveyer of the machine in single row. The bottles guided by the side guides are accumulated at the pusher area. This accumulation energizes the line switch. Once accumulation completes, the accumulation sensor on, and the side gates hold the upcoming products. The vertical gate moves down and the same time, the pusher pushes the collation. This pusher makes a short stroke to make the desired matrixes eg: for 5x4 matrixes, the row will be 5 and the pusher push 4 times in short stroke. And the next push will be full push through the curtain of film.
    6. Sealing and film feeding section: The sleeve wrapper uses two rolls of single wound. The film unwinding is by motorized. The film feeding system is with dancing bar arrangement. The sealing system consists of a special sealing system suitable for p.e. films. Once the product reaches sealing zone, the top hold down plate will come down and holds the product and then the vertical sealing arm will get actuated to seal the film and completes the wrapping operation. Once the seal is made, the sealing arm get retracts. The product is pushed into the in feed conveyor of the shrink tunnel by the next pushing process.
    7. Shrink tunnel: The shrink tunnel is used to circulate hot air around the pack as it moves on the conveyor. The air from inside of the tunnel is sucked and blown on the heater (finned type). This re-circulated air comes on the pack from all sides, top bottom thereby giving a uniform shrink to the pack. 6 of 8 during the first quarter of the tunnel, the film gets hot air only from the bottom and then from all sides. This helps in shrinking pe film well and helps to pull the seal to bottom of unit. Once the unit moves out of the hot chamber, then cool air is thrown on the unit to achieve a tight cling on the unit and it cools the unit.

    1. Standard features: Stainless steel construction, 600 mm x 350 mm (w x h) jaw opening, film out/breakage sensor, hot knife sealing system, guarded covers and safety interlock, driven film feed system, plc control (omron), 114 mm x 1700 mm acetyl slat belt in feed conveyor.
