Line is fully versatile, currently producing multiple types of needlepunched felts from light to heavy weights as requested by the market.
Can process fibers between 3 and 15 dtex.
Now producing needlefelts for automotive, decoration, carpets, special garments, and other technical applications.
Also suitable for artificial leather support.
The production of the line can be increased very simply because it is working with a symmetrical crosslapper which can be fed by 2 carding machines; currently it is only 1 card, but adding 1 more card can increase production to the capacity of the new card.
This crosslapper has 2-way versatile powerful exits so when installed you can run the material to the needle looms or to the opposite side where you can have an oven or other particular application for the belt.
The high density needle looms have special bars passage to make the felt be processed in both faces like needle first from top to bottom and after from bottom to top.
