Squeezing cylinders and a tank with a capacity of 200 liters with level control is installed to each padder
Liquid tank and side frames are completely produced from stainless steel
Squeezing unit consists of 2 special type cylinders which have a diameter of 300 mm
One of the cylinders is mounted onto the padder side flanges by means of heavy duty bearings
The other cylinder is in the movable condition by means of a pneumatic cylinder
This unit is designed in such a way that a uniform pressure can be obtained at all points of the cylinders
A dancer cylinder is mounted on the exit unit of the padder to work synchronically together with the other padder and the rest of the machine
The required pneumatic air pipes and operation systems are inside the scope of supply
Fabric spreading cylinders are also included in the system for woven and knitted fabrics

Machine Entry System With All Equipments
Fabric entry zone together with the operator platform
Upper feeding cylinder feeding speed at a ratio of 60% when it is compared with the chain speed
Lower feeding cylinders which have power capacity of 1.5 kW, each of them have its own driver
Spreading cylinder unit which has a power of 0.75 kW that consists of 2 spreading cylinders produced from stainless steel sheet and manual adjustable weft straightener cylinders
It is possible to control all machine by means of Setex 848 TCE with touch screen and monitor
There is a control panel which can be turned to the required direction and movable in all directions
Pin entry system, selvedge pinning tension unit that can be controlled left and right chain separately, with inverters, mechanical selvedge decurler Erhardt+Leimer LS3001 stenter infeed, left and right hand side, fabric selvedge brush for pinning at the entry zone
Chain tracking adjustment from Lenze/Germany to control the entry of fabric and pinning properly
4 meter long chain in the entry system with pneumatic chain tension unit
Tentering Zones and Heating Chambers
Chambers with horizontal chain and double air circulation with manually controlled doors for each chamber
Drying chambers having 2 air circulation fans at each of, with double air systems, with air circulation from top and bottom
Chambers insulation thicknesses are 150 mm
2 motors/chamber with electrical power capacity of each motor 7.5 kW
The motors are connected to the air circulation fan by direct flange
Each motor is driven with separate inverter (2 x 7.5 kW/chamber) for excellent air distribution at chambers by means of the prismatic nozzle system
Filtering system that could be cleaned even during the production and that is in between the lower and upper parts of the chambers
The air flow is divided into two flow directions that is called as right flow and left flow by multi-air system with double air circulation
Air circulation for surface of the fabric is provided continuously equivalently distributed
By pass flaps are adjustable pneumatically
Individual left and right chain driver unit, inverter controlled, horizontal type, maintenance free for a long time and has the electric power of 2 x 5.5 kW
Natural gas heating burners placed in the lower part of each chamber to control and to reach the right temperature distribution inside the chambers
The required piping system, pressure reducing system and armatures for heating system are not inside the scope of supply and have to be connected to the system by the customer
Exhaust blower 1 num of inverter controlled and exhaust fan, has an electrical power capacity of 5.5 kW
Width control system is being processed by absolute encoders
Special software is controlling the angles of the chain to avoid any damage
Chain width adjustment drivers are without lubrication
Each chamber there is one chain width adjustment system + 1 for the last chamber
Each of them has a driver with an electrical power of 0.55 kW
Exhaust Humidity Measurement and Control System
Exhaust humidity control system reduces the necessity of the clean air for drying at a rate of 50%
The actual humidity quantity of the circulation air is measured by means of a sensor
By comparing this value with the set value of humidity quantity before exhaust air fan inverter is controlled
By this method conservation of energy is provided by operating drying unit in a most economic way
