  3. Squeezing Padder
    1. 1st squeezing padder with 35 N/mm squeezing pressure
    2. Squeezing cylinders and a tank with a capacity of 200 liters with level control is installed to each padder
    3. Liquid tank and side frames are completely produced from stainless steel
    4. Squeezing unit consists of 2 special type cylinders which have a diameter of 300 mm
    5. One of the cylinders is mounted onto the padder side flanges by means of heavy duty bearings
    6. The other cylinder is in the movable condition by means of a pneumatic cylinder
    7. This unit is designed in such a way that a uniform pressure can be obtained at all points of the cylinders
    8. A dancer cylinder is mounted on the exit unit of the padder to work synchronically together with the other padder and the rest of the machine

    5. It is possible to control all machine by means of Setex 848 TCE with touch screen and monitor

  6. Tentering Zones and Heating Chambers
    1. Chambers with horizontal chain and double air circulation with manually controlled doors for each chamber
    2. Drying chambers having 2 air circulation fans at each of, with double air systems, with air circulation from top and bottom
    3. Chambers insulation thicknesses are 150 mm
    4. 2 motors/chamber with electrical power capacity of each motor 7.5 kW
    5. The motors are connected to the air circulation fan by direct flange
    6. Each motor is driven with separate inverter (2 x 7.5 kW/chamber) for excellent air distribution at chambers by means of the prismatic nozzle system

  7. Exhaust Humidity Measurement and Control System
    1. Exhaust humidity control system reduces the necessity of the clean air for drying at a rate of 50%
    2. The actual humidity quantity of the circulation air is measured by means of a sensor
    3. By comparing this value with the set value of humidity quantity before exhaust air fan inverter is controlled
    4. By this method conservation of energy is provided by operating drying unit in a most economic way
