Description Overview Three-color capability; the line has processed only nylon 6 and is fully capable of processing pp. It primarily has produced single color yarns but can also process three-color yarns. Specifications Three extruders, each 75 mm diameter with an l/d of 30:1. With the current trilobal spinnerettes and texturing jets, the extruder systems operate at 60-75% of their maximum capacity. Capacity: with current trilobal spinnerettes, the line will produce three-color 3600 denier yarns at an output of 325 kg per hour. Capacity is always dependent not only on speed but on yarn size and lot size. Dosing system: the dosing systems are from process controls and are gravimetric; these systems are superior to volumetric systems. Winding Equipment The line has 12 winco model 3001 autodoff winders required to operate the line. Includes two spare winco model 3001 winders. Condition And Included Items Air compressor and chiller are not included.
