Kasag, LRG 4/6000-40, 1999, 6000 L/hr Diluted Caustic Soda, 940 kg/hr Recuperated Caustic Soda

Description

  1. Overview
    1. Equipment used to recover caustic soda from the water drained from the mercerizing machine.
    2. The recovered caustic soda will be reused in the mercerizing machine, once cleaned.
    3. Instead of taking to mercerizer normally diluted caustic soda, a supply of concentrated distillate is fed, containing approx. 5.2% soda at ph 8 to 20.
    4. The remaining water is used to remove the heat that remains in the condenser and the soda cooler hot during the process, but does not change its composition, and can be used again in the finish process.
