Description

  1. Overview
    1. Feed roll station for 3 rolls with bow rolls to spread out fabric evenly to the quilting stations
    2. Driven nip roller that feeds the web(s) to the quilting station
    3. Anvil roller (2" x 2" diamond pattern is included)
    4. Can do ultrasonic bonding or slitting by using eight Branson series 2000 units
    5. After the sonic process is completed the web(s) are exited via an outgoing drive roller over a light inspection area and over a load cell to adjust web tensions at the unwind stands
    6. From this point the web can be brought into any further converting desired
