Oven construction
Heated enclosure of fabricated structural steel framework covered with tongue and groove insulated panels
Panels are 762 mm wide and consist of 102 mm thick semi rigid fiberglass insulation encased between two sheets of twenty gauge aluminized steel
Joints of intersecting planes will be covered with formed trim
Doors provide access to both sides

Heating system
Heat supplied by two Maxon 415 Oven-Pak II gas burners which include pilots and all necessary firing and safety controls
Each gas train provided assembled, prewired to a junction box, and equipped so that propane or natural gas may be utilized
Each burner will modulate by the PLC and interfaced through the touchscreen
Controls and electrical
Operator's console with PLC, HMI, temperature controls, flame safeguards, main circuit breaker, control transformer, and AC inverters for all fan drives and belt drives
Components prewired to numbered terminal strips
Control cabinet wiring diagrams supplied
Installation and support
One working supervisor provided for unit assembly and one start-up technician
Assistance from plant personnel and a lift truck will be required
Each per day for ten hours with a six day work week
All travel meals, lodging, and expenses would be charged to your account
