The machine is equipped with automatic unwinding, film collection, automatic correction, pre-drying, composite drying, water-cooling, automatic trimming unit.
Composite material has a uniform coating, composite formation, no tensile deformation, no blistering, wrinkling, soft, excellent breathability, orderly winding.
Composite varieties, is especially suitable for the fabric (double-sided or lycra) and film (high permeability membrane or low membrane permeability), non-woven and leather, sponge and velvet, sponge and leather material coating compound.
The amount of adhesive glue style according to the material and the actual need to be adjustable.
Heating roller: electricity, steam or hot oil can be used.
