    2. Damping Unit
      1. Damping chamber is fabricated from s.s. sheets having two large windows fitted with toughened glass for ease operation
      2. To keep approx. 1500 mm fabric content
      3. 7 guide rollers in this unit made from s.s. pipe
      4. 2 hp ac motor with blower on the top of the chamber to regulate the humidity in the chamber
      5. S.s. steam coil is also provided in the bottom side of the chamber
      6. 1 560 mm dia. s.s. steam heated cylinder is provided after the damping box
      7. 2 ebonite guide roller bottom side of the cylinder
    3. Rubber Belt Unit
      1. Box type m.s. plate fabricated main side walls machined and assemble accurately
      2. Entry side 2 nos. guide roller
      3. 1 ebonite scrow roller
      4. Main cylinder 610 mm dia fabricated from 16 mm thick s.s. plate machined and mirror polished. The cylinder is fully balanced and hydraulically tested up to 120 p.s.i. pressure for working steam pressure of 60 p.s.i.
      5. Pressure roller, tension roller and guide roller 215 mm dia approx on seamless pipes machined and mirror polished, perfectly balanced and running in roller bearing and mounted on detachable brackets
      6. Pneumatically operated pair of squeeze rollers provided
      7. 2 perforated pipes provided for external and internal cooling of rubber belt
      8. 1 m. s. belt grinding roller with 2 jacks
      9. S.s. nip guard and bottom side s.s. tray

      4. The main cylinder and felt drying cylinder mounted in heavy roller bearings
