Fabric Feeding Device
Fabricated main structure

Draw roller of 210 mm dia fabricated from M.S. pipe and covered with rubber fillet is provided for necessary overfeeding of cloth
Damping Unit
Damping chamber is fabricated from S.S. sheets having two large windows fitted with toughened glass for ease of operation
To keep approximately 1500 mm fabric content
7 guide rollers in this unit made from S.S. pipe
2 HP AC motor with blower on the top of the chamber to regulate the humidity in the chamber
S.S. steam coil is also provided in the bottom side of the chamber
1 560 mm dia S.S. steam heated cylinder is provided after the damping box
2 ebonite guide roller bottom side of the cylinder
Rubber Belt Unit
Box type M.S. plate fabricated main side walls machined and assembled accurately
Entry side 2 guide roller
1 ebonite scroll roller
Main cylinder 610 mm dia fabricated from 16 mm thick S.S. plate machined and mirror polished; the cylinder is fully balanced and hydraulically tested up to 120 P.S.I. pressure for working steam pressure of 60 P.S.I.
Pressure roller, tension roller and guide roller 215 mm dia approx on seamless pipes machined and mirror polished, perfectly balanced and running in roller bearing and mounted on detachable brackets
Pneumatically operated pair of squeeze rollers provided
One pair belt guider set
2 perforated pipes provided for external and internal cooling of rubber belt
1 M.S. belt grinding roller with 2 nos. jacks
S.S. nip guard and bottom side S.S. tray
1 ebonite guide roller at exit of unit provided
1 steam rotary joint with syphon pipe
Felt Unit
Main structure M.S. fabricated with proper stiffeners enough for the load
Main cylinder 2000 mm dia jacketed of mild steel; the cylinder is well balanced and highly polished on the surface
Felt drying cylinder approx 750 mm dia of mild steel
The main cylinder and felt drying cylinder mounted in heavy roller bearings
Automatic electrical blanket centering device
Entry side chrome-plated guide roller provided
Lever and weight for felt tension
Two set rotary joint are provided for steam inlet and outlet
Plaiting Device
A box type plaiting device fabricated steel structure
2 wooden winches provided and are positively driven
One set plaiting arrangement system
Drive
A variable speed ‘ABB’ make all AC motor with ‘ABB’ make inverter drive with Elecon make reduction gear box, electric control panel board, speedometer, counter meter etc.
