Description

  1. Overview
    1. Models of this series are designed for foam baling.
    2. The double oversize feed hopper also provides greater output per baling ram stroke with smaller corrugated boxes.
    3. The double oversize hopper eliminates pre-preparation such as break down, pre-crushing, shredding or hogging of material.
    4. Automatic operation provides capacity up to 1.5 tons per hour in whole equivalent corrugated boxes.
    5. Feed chute measures 42 in x 48.
    6. Height of the chute is 48.
    7. Perfect for feed from gravity chute or mechanical conveyor.
    8. Bales range in weight from 1000 to 1300 lbs (cardboard), relating to type and condition of material.
    9. Bale size 44 in wide x 30 in high, choice of 60 in or 72 in length depending on model.
    10. If machine is to be used in a re-baling operation then material must be fluffed out and/or mixed in with material which has not been baled before.
    11. Baler is supplied as standard with a regenerative hydraulic circuit providing an “up and back” ram cycle of 38 seconds.
    12. Unique “break-away shear bars” which do not require sharpening are supplied as standard.
  2. General Information

    2. Scrap accepted from mechanical or gravity feed system.
    3. Electric eye automatically activates baling ram when materials reach correct level in chute.
    4. Electric eye is unaffected by sporadic noise or radio frequencies and vibrations.
    5. Optional windowed feed chute door with control circuit interrupter.
