Mainly used to grind eps box, plate, fast-food box, etc. Feed port is directly on the floor; raw materials can be fed from floor level. Big-caliber grinder with a minimum feed inlet diameter of 750 mm. Can be used for different shaped foam wastes. Specifications Model 750: machine power 4-phase 5.5 kw, output 100-200 kw, size of feed throat 750 mm × 600 mm, max. feeding size 750 mm. Model 1500: machine power 4-phase 7.5 kw, output 200-300 kw, size of feed throat 1500 mm × 800 mm, max. feeding size 1500 mm. Features Equipped with a suction fan at the exit; can be connected directly to a pelletizer for recycling. Includes dust-extraction to filter out bigger debris and reduce the workload of the filter screen of the motor. Operation Guide Be sure not to feed with stone and metal. Please use other auxiliary feeding tools instead of hands; hand-feeding is prohibited. Stop the machine immediately if the foam is blocked. Do not use hand or metal stick to poke. Lubricate the bearings after 2 or 3 days of running. Pay attention when you install the motor belt; motor inversion is prohibited.
