Description
Overview
Consists of a large drum with a perforated surface designed to drive the fabric in rope form
A large fan sucks air from inside the drum and projects it in a loop circuit that blows on the outer surface of the same drum
The fabric transported at a high speed by the drum is launched against a plate of special design and the impact against it softens the fabric
The rope firmly adheres on the surface of the drum, avoiding slipping even at a high speed (700 meters per minute when wet)
The transportation of the rope is obtained without mechanical pressure and without tension
This makes the machine ideal for the treatment of fabrics sensitive to creases (washed in open width) and fabrics that need to avoid tensions (such as knitted fabrics, viscose, etc.)
