Description
Overview
Utilizes two Clinton Mini Taurus direct coupled servo motors, programmable computer controls and stepper motor controlled edge guidance to allow a single (non-skilled) operator to double his or her typical production while providing consistent high quality.
In the basic operating mode the operator places the emblem under the presser foot of the first machine, the fiber optic edge control senses the emblem, the sew cycle is started, and the edge guidance stepper motor controls the quality of the margin until the overseam is sensed and the emblem automatically ejected.
During this sew cycle the operator loads the second machine and a new cycle begins.
Higher quality and higher production with lower training time and costs.
Features
Speed, accuracy and efficiency.
Solid state fiber optic edge sensing and a high torque stepping motor (144 in/oz) combine for production of up to 600 emblems per hour (1” x 3” rectangular at 28 stitches per inch).
Control of emblem is fully automatic once it is placed under presser foot.
Completely programmable.
Clinton’s solid state micro-processor controlled electronics package offers a wide range of programmable functions.
Low noise and vibration: the direct coupled mini motor reduces vibration for quieter machine operation and longer machine life.
Quality you can depend on: fibre optic edge control ensures high quality control without high operator training costs.
