Material is fed through the multi needle machine, then the quilted materials are width trimmed and overlock sewn together on both sides, then through the cutting machine, length measured and then sewn across with a 4 needle chain stitch head at the same time the material is cut, leaving 2 chain stitches on each side of the cut.
The finished quilt is then fed into the stacker.
Production sewing speed when alternating: 3-12 meters per minute depending on requirements, or continually: 10-12 meters per minute.
