Overview

1. This machine is mainly used for roll packing spring units to save shipping and storage costs.

2. Spring units are covered by wrapping material (kraft paper, "spring" paper, etc.).

3. It reduces unit area of spring units during transportation and storage by 1/14 ratio and prevents collapses in spring system which may occur during use.

1. Plc controlled operator control panel.

2. Touchpad tft screen panel for operation control.

3. Speed adjustment control with driver.

4. Automatic wrapper material cutting and hot melt gluing system.

5. Spring unit winder cylinder dancer system.

6. Compression adjustment according to specifications of spring to be rolled.

Spring Types And Dimensions

1. Types of springs to be rolled: bonnel, pocket (standard spring units).

2. Maximum 2000 mm (80 inches) width of spring unit to be packed.

3. Height of spring unit to be packed: maximum 180 mm (7 inches) for bonnell, 220 mm (8.66 inches) for pocket.

4. Ability to roll spring units included flat (10 x 1.4 mm) border frame are not included.

Performance And Capacity

1. Recommended roll diameter is 50 cm but it is able to roll maximum 65 cm diameter.

2. Ability to roll maximum 12 rolls per hour.

3. Ability to determine and count number of springs to be rolled.

4. Spring unit in-feed alignment unit mounted on feeding system.

5. Spring unit feeding interval signalization system.

6. Warning system indicating completion of required number of spring units.

7. The machine stops automatically when the wrapping material runs out.

Wrapping Material Handling

1. Bobbin holders (75 mm) wrapping material with air shaft.

2. Ability to attach two pieces wrapping material/bobbin (equal or different sizes).

3. Ability to attach maximum 80 cm diameter of wrapping material roll.

4. Automatic wrapping material attachment onto winder cylinder.

Feeding System
