  5. Description of Operation
    1. Feeding silicon conveyor – the desired layers are put on the conveyor according to reference bars; the system does not allow gluing unless the layer edges are not touching the reference bars (for accurate positioning)
    2. The layer from the 1st section is sent to 2nd section with the glue on its edges
    3. The spring and side foams are put on the bottom layer, while this operation is in progress the upper layer of the mattress is being prepared in 1st section and sent to the 2nd section; after all, two operators at this section take the upper surface and fix on the prepared mattress
    4. The mattress is pressed in order for it to have stronger bonding; this section also can be used as a waiting section
