  1. Overview
    1. Maximum width: 2200 mm
    2. Capacity: 1,000 mattresses per 8-hour shift
    3. Floorspace dimensions: 72000 mm x 13000 mm
  2. Description Of Operation
    1. 1st hotmelt bridge: The glue is transferred on the foam with 3 guns and 4 nozzles on each. Felt ramp: The felt is fed with the felt ramp, and fixed on the foam with presser cylinder.
    2. 2nd hotmelt bridge: The glue is transferred on the 4 edges with the help of 2 guns and 12 nozzles in total.
    3. Reserve silicon conveyor
    4. Width adjustable silicon conveyor, the side foam blocks and spring is put on the felt and foam pair, while the two operators are doing this the upper felt and foam pair is being prepared in the previous sections, when all the processes are done, these two operators put the upper unit onto the prepared one.
    5. Automatic pressing of the mattress is performed in the reserve conveyor.
    6. The 90 degree turning of the mattress is performed in the reserve conveyor.
    7. 3rd bridge, the glue is transferred onto the mattress in order to fix the quilt with 3 guns and 4 nozzles on each.
    8. Flipping straight conveyor, upper layer is fixed by two operators and the mattress is flipped automatically at the end.
    9. 4th bridge, the glue is transferred onto the new upper side of the mattress in order to fix the other layer.
    10. Silicon conveyor, the second layer is fixed onto the mattress.

    14. One side tape edging is done by the automatic mattress tape edge machine
    15. The mattress is flipped, then goes to the reserve conveyor.

    19. The quality control of the mattress is performed by flipping and 360 degree turning table.

  4. Specifications
    1. 1st bridge: 3 pneumatically moving guns with 4 nozzles on each hotmelt gun. Can be converted to spray at no extra cost.
    2. 2nd bridge: 2 guns for the edge: one has 8 nozzles (T-shaped), the other has 4 nozzles.
    3. 3rd bridge: 3 pneumatically moving guns. They are spray; line nozzles can be added.
    4. 4th bridge: exactly the same as 3rd bridge.
