Description

  1. Overview
    1. Maximum design temperature: 650 degrees Fahrenheit
    2. Double helical coil design
    3. With Hetamizer fins for improved heat extraction from air stream
    4. Natural gas power burner with full modulation
    5. Rated at 937,000 btu/hr
    6. Heater maximum output: 749,600 btu/hr
    7. Based on a circulation of 70-gpm and a delta temperature of 50 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Specifications
    1. The coil is designed and built according to ASME for 100 psi at 650 degrees Fahrenheit
    2. The coils are SA-106 seamless pipe
    3. All electrical on the heater to be in NEMA 4 enclosures
    4. Burner and controls to meet UL standards and NFPA-8501 standards
  3. Performance
    1. The net exhaust gas temperature will not exceed the outgoing oil temperature by more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit
    2. In the lower oil temperature ranges (350 degrees Fahrenheit), this equates to 82% net efficiency
    3. In the upper temperature ranges (550-600 degrees Fahrenheit), it is 78%
