Component Details
Bale opener: saves on labor; the bale of fiber only needs to be put on the conveyor belt of the bale opener via forklift
Fiber hopper and transporter blower: aluminum blade of fan is very light, and dynamic balance processing allows machine to run without noise or shaking
Shaking hopper, fiber opener and blower: shaking hopper makes the fiber feeding into opener more even
Fiber opener: V-wire clothing usage life is 4 times that of regular ones, ensuring an opening rate of 98% or more; it does not damage fiber and keeps the final product elastic, soft and durable; there is a safety device in the door, ensuring that the machine stops running when the side door is opened; a special device on the end of the roller works against fiber entwining and is easy to maintain
T-way blower and operation tables: auto-clamp saves on labor cost; only one operator is required; the pillow case can be clamped by the automatic clamp and released automatically as soon as one cycle is finished; two-filling mode for chosen; auto mode can produce 8 to 10 pieces per minute; irregularly shaped pillows and pads can be filled as well in the manual mode; choose running press plate to make the filling more even
