Operating Conditions
The bed sterilizer should be used in the temperature range of 5 to 40 °C, and relative humidity ≥60%.
The temperature lower than 5 °C may result in difficult starting and that over 40 °C may cause overheated operation of the equipment and lower its life cycle.
Tie the sealed bag well and make sure that the hose and nozzle are connected well to prevent ozone leakage problems.
Do not open the sealed bag once the procedure is completed, keep it sealed for 30 minutes.
The inner structure of the machine has high voltage and high frequency, it is forbidden to be opened by the users.
Operation Procedure
Has both manual and automatic operation.
Put the mattresses, bed clothes, bed sheets, pillows, etc. into the sealed plastic sterilization bags and then connect the gas feed pipes.
Turn the power button on. Then choose the sterilizing time. Last, press the film switch on, and then the equipment will begin to work. Count down the time, and when the clock reaches 00, the disinfecting operation has finished.
After finishing the sterilizing operation, the equipment would ring. After that, take off the gas feed pipes. The whole sterilization is finished.
The device can run the complete sterilization or be stopped by the operator.
You have to turn off the main switch, and switch on again, otherwise, it will not function.
If device enters into ozone generating stage, all the buttons on control panel will not function.
If you want to stop the procedure, turn the main switch off.
