General Description Of Plant Operation
Built to refine metallic scrap alloy.
Designed to refine anodes or granules of precious metal.
Metallic scrap alloy is normally supplied as melted by products from the main processing plant of a larger gold or copper plant.
Can also refine activated carbon and zinc precipitate if these are melted first.
Can also refine metallic or wet concentrate (wet powder) coming from zinc cemented metals, depending on the quality and concentration of the precious metals they contain.
Not designed to treat ore directly, except in the case of very high concentration of metal and very low concentration of waste.
Production Capacity (1 Shift Of 8 Hours)
Analysis plant: 50 analysis (cupellation).
Gold refining: over 80 kg of alloy (by aqua regia).
Gold refining: over 50 kg of quarted alloy (by nitric acid).
Gold refining: over 20 kg of pure gold a day (output by electrolytic plant) with an input of 120 kg of scrap alloy anodes.
Silver refining: over 720 kg of pure silver a day (output by electrolytic plant) with an input of 2200 kg of scrap alloy anodes.
The manufacturer has confirmed that the production of this plant can be doubled, and the manufacturer can easily do this upgrade at the time of installation.
