Tank and Evaporator
Tank inner, outer, and bottom dimpled jacket made of S3 AISI 304 material and welded with TIG process.
Inner shell and all other milk contact surfaces polished to minimum 150 grid finish.
Evaporator: Dimpled pressed plate jacket at bottom plate of inner tank, optimum design with large evaporation surface area for rapid and problem-free cooling at all volumes of milk.
All connecting pipes terminating outside the tank are of S3 construction.
Top manhole cover with locking arrangement for inspection.
Milk inlet complete with specially designed no-foam inlet arrangement for easy cleaning.
Agitator works only at temperature below 20-25°C.

RPM of agitator: 47 (3 sets of pinion supplied as spare, if used).
Position and shape of agitator blade: Such that even small quantities of milk are gently stirred without danger of freezing.
CIP facility: Auto cleaning and rinsing with self-rotating spray ball at top portion of tank with help of balance tank and stainless steel centrifugal pump.
Manhole and ladder: Manhole with easy access by fixed stainless steel ladder.
Wall thickness of inner shell: 2 mm (minimum).

Tank legs: Stainless steel legs with adjustable ball type feet.

System designed with multiple condensing units, each consisting of compressor, condenser, receiver, dryer, expansion valve, high-pressure cut out, low-pressure cut out, solenoid valve, sight glass, oil separator, and other controls.
All necessary refrigerant pipes and fittings supplied for interconnection of all refrigeration components.
Refrigerant pipes properly clamped on fixed support and sponge insulated for protection.
Shut-off valve on both sides of compressor, receiver, and dryer.
Electrical Control Panel
Dust and vermin proof design in stainless steel enclosure suitable for wall or unit mounting.
Pre-wired to terminal connections.
Incoming MCB to receive power from main power line.
Voltmeter and ammeter with selector switch to monitor main supply voltage and current of every phase.
Line voltage controller to protect compressor against voltage supply fluctuation.
