Overview
Pleating machine especially designed for the production of stand-up pleat.
Can pleat papers, polyester, nomex, glass fibers, pvc, etc.
Complete with a quick-change device for varying the height of the pleat, dramatically reducing the time usually taken by such operations.
Equipped with two plansthal-steel plates.
One flat resistance is placed into each of them.
The resistances raise temperature from 0°C up to 200°C.
All moving parts of the machine run on high precision beams; the parallelism of the plates when lifting and lowering is granted by means of linear ball bearings.
The counter-pressure system is controlled by 4 pneumatic pistons complete with a manometer, which controls the back-push of the materials.
Designed according to high quality materials and components, aiming for a long lasting machine able to grant the same working standard during its whole working life.
