The vessel is entitled to use mdo for maneuvering in narrow and/or shallow and/or busy water areas, canals and/or rivers, also in and out of each port, engine starting and stopping, ballasting and de-ballasting operation, and burning of sludge oil by incinerator
All details about and subject to be reconfirmed/adjusted after about 3 months after delivery; any saving in consumption must be offset against any reduction in speed and any saving in time must be offset against any excess consumption
