For manufacturing of (mainly) interlining material of polyester and polyamide in the range of 20 – 60 grams with virgin fibers of 1.7 – 3.3 dtex in the length of 38 – 60 mm.
Production speed between 20 - 75 m/min depending on products.
The line consists of opening of fibers, carding unit, thermobonding/finishing and winding unit.
Fiber Preparation And Opening
Trützschler fiber preparation and opening, year of construction: 1991/1993.
01 Trützschler BO 1200 bale-opener with feed table (manually fed) and also receiving surplus fibers back from the card.
MPM 6/1400 multimixer.
BEC box.
VFO 1200 fine opener.
SFO 1200 opener.
2 x SFS rotary filter fully integrated with a separate panel.
Complete with all fans and condensers.
Carding
01 FBK 2500 chute-feed, year of construction: 1991.
01 Spinnbau card single cylinder, double doffer (see drawing for configuration) exit in a 3 meter belt where the actual web width is set.
Card delivers 2500 mm web but factory produces normally 2200 mm webs.
Surplus fibers are sucked up and returned to the BO.
If the line stops for whatever reason it is also a suction system after width setting to run the card empty and suck up all fibers back to the BO.
The maneuver panel is equipped with a density control system at entrance of the card to control the web accuracy and electronic server lap information in the panel.
Thermobonding/Finishing
01 Ramisch Kleinewefers RKK 340 calander for temperatures up to 260 degrees Celsius.
All 3 cylinders are possible to heat and they have all individual closed oil system from the boiler.
With separate control system.
01 Aura closed oil circulated system electrically heated for the calander complete with all valves, pumps, tanks and insulated pipes.
Winding
01 Edelmann winding and cutting system fully automatic with paper tube core of 76 mm.
Final width of rolls is 2000 mm.
Line has 3 installed length cutting devices but not in use.
