    9. Cylinders heating: diathermic oil
    10. Diathermic oil temperature: 280 °C
  2. Unwinding Group Mod. UT2/AS
    1. Unwinding trolley for large rolls type UT2
    2. Axial unwinder type AS with universal fast joint for unwinding trolley connection
  3. Coating Head Type BS2
    1. Designed and built so that different coating techniques can be employed
  4. Lamination Unit AT2
    1. Unwinding group to pull the material requiring lamination without tension
    2. Lamination unit composed of:
      1. 2 cylinders heated with diathermic oil (dia 2000 mm)
      2. Stainless steel surface, covered in Teflon
      3. 1 lamination rubber cylinder (dia 200 mm) opposite to the first cylinder
      4. Cylinder motion is obtained through a pneumatic piston with adjustable pressure and equipped with motorized micrometric adjustment of lamination thickness
      5. 2 release idle cylinders opposite to the 2 main cylinders
      6. Idle cylinders to pass material
    3. The unit is driven by A.C. motor with inverter and local potentiometer for line synchronization
    4. Equipped with a pump for oil circulation and thermo regulation
  5. Rewinding Group Type UT2/AS
    1. Rewinding trolley for large rolls type UT2
    2. Axial rewinder type AS composed of a lateral supporting structure with asynchronous motors
    3. A.C. motorization and control panels type QE
  6. Unit for Dry-Coat Process
    1. Moving unwinder, mounted on wheels and running rails
    2. Can be placed before the first heating cylinder and unwind material that requires lamination, or after the second heating cylinder and function as a "dry coat" unit
  7. Calendering Unit
    1. Counter cylinder covered in neoprene of adequate hardness
    2. Steel upper calendering cylinder
    3. Pressure between the 2 rollers is controlled by 2 pneumatic pistons which can be accurately adjusted to obtain uniform pressure all along the width of the table
  8. Applications
    1. One can apply: PU coating, PVC coating, acrylic coating to the fabric
    2. One can laminate the fabrics with water-based polyurethane or with water-based acrylic chemicals
    3. You can produce both coated and laminated fabrics with this machine
  9. Condition
    1. Machine is in running condition
