Surface finish of cots after grinding gives ra value of 0.2 to 0.5 depending on the quality of cots. Automatic traverse with the help of hydraulic pressure, centerless grinding attachment having double roller system. Cylindrical drum emery having width of 200 mm, desired pressure on arbour while fringing with centerless attachment can be set. Self retracting and roller bearing mounted tail stock. Automatic time provided for setting grinding time. Accuracy after grinding: taper - 0.01 mm, eccentricity - 0.01 mm. Highly efficient dust extraction unit provided separately. All values obtained on this machine are as per highest international standards. Production: 250 to 400 arbours/hr for ring frame and speed frame. Method Of Working The machine has a full grinding wheel of 200 mm on oscillating principle with hydraulic movement. It has the plc base timer and positive driven centerless grinding attachment which is designed to grind ring frame and speed frame top rollers. The centerless attachment is operating by pneumatic system. A separate 25 mm width grinding wheel is provided to grind draw frame and comber top roller between two centres. Dust Collection Separate highly efficient dust collecting unit is provided with machine. Programmable Logic Controls Most modern plc is introduced with user friendly man-machine-interface (mmi) to operate machine without any difficulty. The timer shows all the required data which eliminates human error, production loss and ensures 100% efficient working of the machine.
