Description Overview Fabric is fed from one or two rolls via let-off automatically through tension control and edge guiding to the over lock sewing heads (left and right). The length sewn tick goes through an accumulator, is cross cut, and transferred to the cross sewing operation (left and right). A mechanism pushes out one side leaving a 15-30 cm opening, then stacks the bundles. It is possible to bypass the push out mechanism and sew a three-side pillow tick. No lockstitch.
