The substructure to be a box type construction with two 12 ft high x 5 ft wide x 50 ft 0 in long substructure top boxes and two 6 ft high x 5 ft wide x 50 ft 0 in long bottom boxes.
      1. Substructure to accommodate cantilever type mast and mechanical inline drawworks.
      2. Clear height under rotary table to be approximately 15 ft 9.
      3. Swing-type connection plates between boxes.
      4. Substructure complete with: Checkered plate flooring on top of main boxes, smooth plate recessed 6 in on setback area, swing out style doghouse supports.

These units will be mounted on a new oilfield type three runner skid and unitized with the following equipment: one new chain drive assembly (includes bull sprocket, drive sprocket, hub, drive chain, bearings, seals, clutch drum, clutch support, air clutch, lubrication system and oil tight chain case), one 20 gallon 5,000 psi pulsation dampener, one 5,000 psi discharge strainer, one new 3 in 5,000 psi shear relief valve, one new 2 in 0-6,000 psi mud pressure gauge, one new pinion driven 5x6 charge pump, one new pinion driven liner wash system, and one new set of fluid end expendables.
  11. Mud System And Solids Controls
    1. One 1000 barrel pit system consisting of the following: 12 in 40 lb WF three runners, 10 in 39 lb WF cross beams, 3/8 in rolled bottom, 100% seams weld and seams 1/2 in strap seal welded 1/4 in walls, 3/8 in square tubing rimline and uprights, covered porch and whole top grated all plumbing, eight mud guns, four 5 x 6 x 75 x 250 frame exp. stacked pumps, 2 x 12 desander, one 16 cone desilter, rough shaker dual with bypass, five 10 hp agitators, one 6 in hopper.
  12. Water Tanks
    1. Two water tanks: 8 ft x 10 ft x 40 ft three runner skid with a porch, two 2x3 centrifugal pumps with 20 hp electric motors and necessary plumbing. Materials will consist of 8 in WF beam runners and crossbeams, 1/4 in V-crimp walls, and 1/4 in floor. One of the tanks will have a separate 1,000 gallon compartment for the closed loop glycol as part of the Eaton brake cooling system.
  13. Top Dog House
    1. Dog house: 8 ft x 10 ft x 25 ft two runner skid with a 5 ft porch. Materials will consist of 10 in WF beam runners and crossbeams, 1/4 in V-crimp walls, knowledge box, bench, electric heater and vent, four lockers, and necessary stairways.
  14. Change House/parts House
    1. House: 8 ft x 10 ft x 40 ft three runner skid. Materials will consist of 12 in WF beam runners and crossbeams, 1/4 in V-crimp walls, 1/4 in roof, and 1/4 in floor. Parts house will have one 6 ft long x 3 1/2 ft tall x 2 1/2 ft wide work table with a lower shelf, five double door 3-shelf parts lockers that are 8 ft tall x 4 1/2 ft wide x 1 1/2 ft deep, three rows of parts hooks 6 ft wide, two overhead lights, and one wall receptacle. Change house will have one 12 ft long x 2 1/2 ft tall x 2 ft deep bench with three 4 ft long hinged lids, 12 personnel lockers, one electric heater, two overhead lights, one wall receptacle, and one 4 ft long x 2 1/2 ft tall x 1 1/2 ft wide storage bench.
  15. Generator House
    1. New generator house built on a three-runner oilfield type skid. The house will be 37 ft 10 in long x 11 ft 4 in wide with a 13 in long x 7 ft 3 in wide porch on each end. The house has two new Caterpillar C-18/455 kW gen sets. The gen sets are mounted on each end of the house, both radiators facing out. The house will have a new Square D model 6 motor control panel. There are a total of 45 Appleton plugs in the distribution panel, along with a Jefferson 480 volt transformer. There are dual diesel day tanks, a new Sullivan Palatek 30 hp air compressor, and cable trays.
