Operation
The user places the shaped parts on the system conveyor belt.
A highly robust and efficient pre-breaker with two ripping blade shafts tears the shaped parts into pieces about 20 to 50 mm in size.
The final product is drawn off by a blower directly under the pre-breaker.
The suction assembly is also equipped with a heavy part absorber that reliably filters out foreign objects such as metal bits, rocks, glass, or wood from the product flow.
