  1. Overview
    1. Self-propelled bunkering tanker built to good commercial marine practice.
    2. Suitable for transporting and handling one grade of cargo.
    3. Intended and built for unrestricted service to carry oil and for bunkering operations in waters (30 miles limit).
    4. Hull form is of round bilge, a bulbous bow, cut up at the aft end, and of all welded steel construction.
    5. Cargo tank construction is double skin.
    6. Propulsion is by twin marine diesel engine coupled to fixed propeller via gearbox.
    7. Air-conditioned accommodation provided for a complement of thirteen.
    8. Vessel shall be classed and comply with all applicable requirements of local regulatory bodies for the service intended.
  2. Tank Capacities
    1. Marine diesel oil: approximately 150 m³.
    2. Fresh water: approximately 100 m³.
    3. Sludge tank: approximately 6 m³.
    4. Dirty oil tank: approximately 6 m³.
    5. Lubricating oil storage: approximately 7 m³.
    6. Cargo oil tanks (100%): approximately 3100 m³.
    7. Slop tank port and starboard (100%): approximately 100 m³.
    8. Total cargo plus slop (100%): 3200 m³.
  3. Cargo Specifications
    1. Vessel shall carry one grade of cargo oil.
    2. Cargo flash point shall be above 60 °C.
    3. Specific gravity of cargo shall be 1.025 max.
  4. Performance
    1. Under trials conditions in deep, smooth waters and with wind velocity not exceeding force 2 on the Beaufort scale, vessel shall be capable of achieving a trial speed of about 10.5 knots when loaded to design draft with engines developing 90% mcr.
