Overview
Pneumatic press designed for the furniture industry
Used in manufacturing large pieces of upholstered furniture with spring mattresses or upholstery foam
Greatly facilitates production of such vast furniture
Provides even compression of springs or foam rubber to the desired thickness over the entire surface
Upholstering of cloth is carried out by pre-stretching it on a mattress, giving a smooth surface with no visible wrinkles
Significant time saving as the whole operation can be done by one person
Press continues to hold elements of the furniture in the same position for upholstery and provides easy access to the entire back side without the need to rotate it
Power supply is compressed air, allowing use of existing compressed air network in the production shop

Pneumatic actuator with trapezoidal screw and a hand wheel for accurate adjustment of desired compression force
Pressing force indicated on the operating pressure regulator mounted on the body of the press
