Letter Of Credit Requirements
1. All issuance fees or expenses to the account of applicant.
2. All confirmation fees or expenses to the account of applicant.
3. All negotiation fees or expenses to the account of applicant.
4. All amendment fees or expenses to the account of applicant.
5. All discrepancies fees or expenses to the account of applicant.
6. All bank commissions or expenses to the account of applicant.
7. All courier fees or expenses to the account of applicant.
8. 4C must be irrevocable and confirmed by primary.
9. Payable at sight.
10. 21 days for negotiation of documents from bill of lading date.
Payment Terms
1. 34% deposit payment through an irrevocable letter of credit confirmed by an acceptable United States bank payable at sight upon presentation of beneficiary’s draft.
