    1. Reifenhauser 86 inch wide, sheet calendar roll stack, presently set for 45° tilt operation, but can be modified to vertical or other position
    2. Roll diameter 24 inches, roll width 86 inches, includes all high polish rolls with two unused spare rolls
    3. Rolls are individual driven rolls with 3 new gear reduction gear reducers with 1.5 hp drive motors VFD variable speed
    4. Included: a 3 zone heat/cool roll temperature control system with under 2 years of production use
    5. Free standing with temperature controllers built in
    6. Hydraulic power pack and controls for roll movement up/down
    7. Includes one rebuilt set of pull rolls and frame, motor, pneumatics, new coverings on rolls, 86 inches wide, roll diameters 10 inches each
    8. 20 foot long conveyor is included with the line as it presently sits; conveyor has manual type knife provision for rotating of knives into/out of sheet

    1. Die: to be determined when buyer specifies width and thickness desired; this can be a used die or new die; other types and size dies may be available at time of request
    2. Maag/Entrex 70/70 melt pump system with controls available but not fitted at this time to the line
