Powder Dot Application
Consisting of pre-heating roller, main heating roller, engraved roller, and auxiliary heating roller and hopper
The movement of the heating roller, auxiliary heating roller and hopper are controlled by 3 sets of air cylinders: you can manually adjust the air pressure
Outer diameter of preheating roller, heating roller and auxiliary heating roller is 270 mm, the width is 2000 mm
They are heated by circulating oil
The surface temperature of heating roller can be set from 150 °C to 240 °C
Temperature of hot melt glue has a variation of less than ±3 °C
The machine is delivered with 2 engraved rollers, outer diameter 270 mm, one is 28 mesh, 28 to 30 gsm, and uses HDPE, the second roller should be decided by the buyer in regards to mesh and size of the powder dot
At the front, back and side of hopper it has cooling water, ensuring the powder dot will not agglomerate
The angle of the front scraper can be adjusted to obtain the best position for coating
At each end of the heating roller are rotary joints and HDPE seals, to ensure the circulating oil can flow easily
