Description Overview Machine for punching holes in PU foam, memory foam, latex, rubber, PE, EPDM, EVA, fabrics, textiles, plastic sheets, and similar materials. Consists of a strong steel frame structure with two conveyors for loading and unloading the punching material. Conveyors are equipped with two sheets holding conveyor that can be metering adjusted in height to meet different punching thickness. The main punching tool can change for different punching hole sizes from 1 mm diameter to 86 mm diameter. Different punching shapes are possible, but different cutting dies are needed. The punching tool has 2 working rods and for every 1/2” pitch you can set the punching tool for straight or cross punching. Waste can be automatically suctioned into a plastic bag for filling into the pillow or other use. Punching speed is adjusted by the feed conveyor.
