Description Overview Oven fabric content: 80 meters Working width: 1800 mm Roller width: 2100 mm Entry and exit at the same side in lap Chamber Construction The chamber is made of folded 304 stainless steel on a frame to house and hold all the working parts The rods are 150 mm from each other so that the chamber can hold a lot of fabric As the rods run through the chamber they also rotate on their own axis There are feelers in the chamber to signal when the chamber is full Fabric Handling The roll of fabric is unwound off a beam carriage The take-in roller and motor are located above the chamber at the take-in end Roller is covered in silicon strips The loops can be adjusted in length from 1800 mm Steam and Humidification The steam is circulated through the chamber by way of stainless-steel fans Humidification by nozzles and water line, with temperature control Controls PLC management
