Bekk smoothness tester for paper or cardboard
Measures smoothness as the time in seconds required to draw a definite quantity of air at atmospheric pressure between the surface of the test piece and a ring-shaped plane surface under specified conditions of contact
Suitable for a wide range of papers and boards, especially recommended for smooth papers and boards
Measurement times may be impractically long for very smooth samples
