  4. Infrared Pre-Heating Oven

    1. This process serves to superficially dry the product before entering the oven, this treatment is indispensable because it avoids fouling with the product of the first roller entering the oven

    2. The pre-drying of the product takes place through a series of infrared lamps of the type with medium fast waves, and an air circulation system with a fan exhauster

    3. Main structure: painted-steel frame, length 2.000 mm

    4. Preheating system with infrared emitters: 10 infrared lamps of the type ceramic

    5. Lamp replacement is done by opening the upper frame and extracting the full support of the lamp; to avoid contact with the product on the lamps there are provided suitable spacers
