Overview
1. Some machines are year 2000, others are older.
2. Fiber processing equipment.
3. Production is 2 ton per 8 hours, 5 ton every 20 hours (x25 days = 125 tons per month).
Opening And Feeding
1. 1 x Rieter fiber opener.
2. Picker rolls to be fed to carding machines.
3. 1 x Trutzschler picker to make rolls.
4. Opening machine to feed fibers into oven.
Carding Machines
1. 4 x Hollingsworth flat cards with master plates seated on a conveyor with IVF winding drum.
2. 3 x Rieter cards.
3. 9 x cards with worker garnet type.
Winding And Cutting
1. IVF winder cutting machine.
2. IVF ball machine.
3. Bag sealing machine.
4. 5 x zigzag machines.
5. 5 x falu pad cutting machines.
Drying And Dyeing
1. Drying oven with 4 drums.
2. 2 x dyeing machines, diameter 1500 mm.
