    1. Epicyclic speed reducing gearbox located within the gas turbine enclosure
    2. Designed to reduce the gas turbine speed to the generator speed
  4. Unit Enclosure
    1. Weatherproof acoustic enclosure
    2. Completely assembled and mounted over the equipment
    3. Turbine compartment is fully ventilated with belt driven fan
    4. Explosion-proof lighting is provided in the compartment
  5. Baseplate
    1. Support structure for the gas turbine, gearbox, acoustic enclosure and auxiliary equipment
    2. Generator is to be mounted directly onto the customer supplied foundation pad
    3. Fabricated from w24 x 9 x 68 lbs/ft
    4. Full depth transverse members provide rigid design suitable for installation in ubc seismic zone 3 (or equivalent) earthquake areas
    5. Provides a convenient structure for transportation and provides the turbine/generator lube oil tank walls
  6. Air Inlet System
    1. Self-support combustion air filter and roof mounted ventilation air system
    2. Combustion inlet air system includes a barrier air filter with weather louvers and a painted carbon steel air intake silencer with stainless steel splitters
  7. Turbine Exhaust
    1. Axial exhaust outlet with connection flange to facilitate in-line mounting to a hrsg or simple cycle exhaust stack
    2. Expansion joint and silencer are not furnished
  8. Fuel System
    1. Natural gas dle fuel system using electronically controlled fuel metering valves
    2. For full-load operation, the gaseous fuel must be supplied to the baseplate at a minimum of 334 psig and maximum of 363 psig
  9. Lube Oil System
    1. Common lube oil systems for the gas turbine, gearbox and generator
    2. Internal surfaces of the integral carbon steel oil reservoir are epoxy coated
    3. Piping is all stainless steel, and the lube oil system valves have stainless steel trim
    4. Includes a main mechanical lube oil pump, a/c pre/post oil pump, emergency dc lube oil pump, duplex filters, fin fan coolers, fan-assisted air/oil separator, and electric heaters
    5. Lube oil cooler is the only component in the lube oil system that is remotely mounted
  10. Electro-Hydraulic Start System
    1. Hydraulic starting system module that includes an electric motor driven hydraulic pump assembly, filters, reservoir and cooler
    2. A hydraulic motor is mounted on the auxiliary gearbox
  11. Fire Protection System
    1. Installed fire protection system complete with hydrocarbon sensing and thermal detectors, piping and nozzles in the engine compartment
    2. Requires cylinders (not furnished) containing co2 mounted on a separate module
    3. A 24v dc battery and charger to power the fire protection system is also included
  12. Gas Turbine Generator Control System
    1. Freestanding control panel suitable for mounting in an indoor, non-hazardous area
    2. Features an integrated electronic fuel management system with a plc based programmable sequencer
    3. Power for the control panel is to be provided by a dedicated 24v dc lead acid battery systems (not furnished)

    1. Supplied with an "off-line" cleaning system
