Glue Bridges

1. Two kinds of glue bridges: one applies corner and center glue on foam and felt sides with high speed and desired amount by automatic sizing

2. The other applies with 4 nozzles from the center on the felted mattress

Pressing System

1. Automatic pressing system: after the glue bridge, the mattress goes to the press and then bonded with felt, foam, and quilted panel

2. Pressing system is pneumatic

1. Specially designed conveyor system with silicon belt in glue bridges to prevent glue contamination and sticking

2. 2 x transporting conveyors with antistatic silicon belt (S1, S2)

Edge Gluing

Mattress Flipping Conveyor

1. One flipping conveyor for turning the mattress

2. Flipper turns mattress with pneumatic system and workers will turn mattress automatically with a button when one side is finished
