  2. Body Frame
    1. Made of steel plates by pressing and folding; outside is made by protection covers.
    2. The frame holder and foot are fixed by screw knots.
  3. Idle Roller
    1. Made of stainless steel.
  4. Entry Tension Adjustment
    1. 2 pcs of stainless steel tube and one set of gear reducer complete, manual adjustment to reduce the fabric tension.
  5. Spread and Centering Device
    1. 2 pcs of stainless steel made scroll roller which can be manual adjusted, combined with one slat type centering device.
    2. The fabrics location can be detected by an auto infrared photocell sensor.
  6. Entry Box
    1. Body frame: made of high tensile steel plate by pressing and forming to complete, one on each side.
    2. Scroll roller: stainless steel made and outer dia. 4.5”, width 2500 mm, driven by one 2 hp motor.
    3. Overfeeding roller: 2 sets of roller covered by synthetic pu, one on the top of entry box and one on the lower part. Each one is driven by inverter system to control the r.p.m. speed and in modulating control.
    4. Skew weft straightener: when the weft is over the skew line range, this device can correct the skew line by push button control, also can control the fabric tension.
    5. Position drive: by virtue of infrared sensor tracking the fabric selvedge, locating through the electronic equipment calculations to drive the positioning gear dc motor in automatic control, then drive the rails head in modulation tracking.

    7. De-curler: pneumatic type de-curler.
    8. Steam vapors device: made of stainless steel, 3 unit down the chain rail. By evaporated steam to relax the fabrics keep the stability of the fabrics.

  8. Rails and Width Adjustment

    4. Pinning on brush: 2 sets of pinning on brush on each side of chain rails, located on the first section.
    5. Pin failure detector: this non-touch and feeler type (patented) was located on the first section of chain rails, when the feeler is dropped on the fabric holes and it will automatically stop the machine, and issuing the alarm signals.

  10. Compactor Specifications
    1. Steam vapors device: made of stainless steel, each on the top and down. By using evaporated steam to relax the fabrics.

    3. Feeding device: there is teflon made adjustment device when fabrics feed into the blanket.
    4. Compacting rollers: the roller surface is galvanized and grinding.
