Description

  1. Overview
    1. This machine will not do foams.
    2. 1600 mm production size.
    3. Speed: 50 meters per minute.
    4. 3rd and 4th layer lamination units.
    5. Dosing system at 4 components.
    6. In-line recycling of trims.
    7. In-line perforation unit.
    8. Forming cylinder of 10 mm, 20 mm and 30 mm.
  2. Unwinders
    1. No. 2 unwinders with separate structure made of painted iron with cantilevered shafts and wooden disks to hold the reels.
    2. Each unwinder is equipped with a lateral register for reel alignment and a brake with a spring device installed on the disc placed at the loading side.
    3. For the production of formats, it is possible to add two more unwinders to work four films in total.
  3. Sealing Machine / Cutter / Pre-Cutting Unit
    1. An input drawing with opening adjustable up to 25 mm and 50 mm maximum to facilitate the passage of materials during path rolling.
    2. The nip-rollers (one made of rubber and the other of aluminium with knurled surface) are always meshed so as to provide a perfect tension of the materials being processed.
    3. A servo-motor engine with shaft-axle control allows the constant adjustment of materials tension according to the output drawing speed.
    4. No. 5 longitudinal sealing bars; the central bar is fixed while the other side bars can be adjusted according to the size of the envelopes to be produced.
    5. Each bar can be enabled or disabled according to the production to be carried out.
    6. Possibility of wire sealing, to seal and cut on both the film sides, or sealing strip.
    7. Using the control panel it is possible to set out the temperature and sealing time for each bar.
    8. The sealing bar length is 1.300 mm and it is available a facilitate system to tension and/or change the wire/strip in case of wear or different types and shapes.
    9. No. 6 cold blade slitting units with razor (interchangeable) and pneumatic activation.
    10. Every longitudinal cutting unit can be independently enabled or disabled.
    11. Also a small ladder and an upper platform to facilitate the operator when adjusting the units are provided.

    13. The two towing cylinders (one made of rubber and the other of aluminium with knurled surface) are always meshed so as to provide a perfect tension of the materials being processed.
    14. A brushless engine with shaft-axle control allows the constant adjustment of materials tension according to the output drawing speed.
    15. Transverse sealing and cut/pre-cut unit: it consists of two transverse sealing bars (front and rear), each of them in turn consisting of two other bars (lower/upper).
    16. Each bar can be independently enabled or disabled according to the type of production required.
    17. Possibility of wire sealing to seal and cut on both sides the film or strip sealing.
    18. Using the control panel it is possible to set out the temperature and sealing time for each bar.
    19. The working length of the sealing is 1.700 mm and it is available a facilitate system to tension and/or change the wire/strip in case of wear or different types and shapes.
    20. On the group is centrally mounted a cold cutting system, with toothed blade, operated independently from the transverse sealing unit.
    21. By adjusting the blade it is possible to obtain a clear cut or a film pre-cut.
    22. The pre-cut function is useful for the production of pre-cut bags and envelopes and/or for the production of perforated film to be rewound on the rewinder (optional).
  4. Engine for Longitudinal Sealing Bar Adjustment
    1. Engine for longitudinal sealing bar to automatically adjust, by inserting the size on the touch screen, the sealing bars positioning according to the size of the envelopes or bags to be produced.
    2. By this optional function, with the parameters recipe, also the position of the transverse bars can be saved so as to change the production type very quickly.
    3. Central sealing bar fixed, 4 sealing bars moving by servo drives.
  5. Needle Collection and Pivoted Conveyor Belt
    1. The needles are mounted on a pneumatic unit for collecting and stacking of envelopes or formats on bundles (the number can be set from the control panel).
    2. Once completed, the bundles are transported to the collection conveyor by a series of belts.
    3. Thanks to the brushless engines of the belts with encoder, for starting a new cycle it is not necessary to wait for the bundles to arrive to the collection conveyor.
    4. This allows to eliminate waiting times and to significantly increase the production.
    5. It is possible to disable the needle stacking system.
    6. The pivoted conveyor is vertically adjustable (up/down) depending on the length of the envelopes or formats to be produced.
  6. Collection Conveyor
    1. The bundles produced are placed on a collection conveyor with automatic feed (through a brushless engine with encoder) set according to their length.
    2. Thanks to the 2.5 m conveyor, the operator has a suitable place in which the produced bundles can be stored without stopping the system.
    3. Not being equipped with photocells to read the passage of bundles from the pivoted conveyor to the collection one (every function is automatic and controlled through brushless engines with encoder), the max one system allows production without downtime and with high performance.
    4. A safety photocell is at the end of the collection conveyor in order to stop the system in case of completion.
  7. Winder
    1. Winder to in-line rewind on reels envelopes, bags or formats transversally pre-cut.
    2. The maximum diameter of the wound reel is 800 mm.
    3. The winder consists of a 3 inches cantilevered expansion shaft powered by a brushless engine with torque control to constantly adjust the tension of the rewound film.
    4. By this optional function max one system allows to produce, starting from a reel of material, a reel with pre-cut and with pitch that can be adjusted by the control panel.
  8. Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electric System
    1. Pneumatic, hydraulic and electric system to connect the various units of the system.
  9. Main Cabinet
    1. Main cabinet on closet complete of motor inverters, PLC, fuses, remote-control switches and various guards controlled by a digital display with touch-screen (17 inch) to enter parameters, selections, ratings, settings and processing controls.
    2. Keyboard on the various units on the operator side for any manual operations.
  10. Control Unit
    1. Control unit for modem/LAN operation to test by remote access the standards of the production system and for any changes to the PLC control program.
