    4. Hot air generated from boiler is made to pass through radiators with 10 hp centrifugal blower to distribute hot air inside the chamber

  7. Coir Sheet Fleece Cutter Machine
    1. Consists of pneumatic cylinder for pressure holding and 1 cross cutter
    2. Power required: 5 hp
    3. Latex sprayed coir sheet comes out of drier is connected to this line and coir sheets are cut to required size and taken in to next stage for lamination
    4. Machine will have weighing scale of 200 kg capacity
  8. Laminating Drum Press
    1. Will have two heavy press rollers of 400 mm dia with feed and out let rollers
    2. The cut coir sheet layers are laminated to obtain different thick coir pads (e.g., 2 layers to make 1 inch coir pad, 4 layers for 2 inch coir pad, 6 or more layers for 4 inch thick coir pad)

    1. Required to cut the coir pads into required size

    3. High speed band saw rotating wheel is driven by 2 hp motor
  13. Vulcanizing Heat Chamber
    1. Required to cure the rubber pads for getting resilience or cushioning effect and is final process
    2. Heat chamber size inner: 7 ft x 7 ft x 15 ft length
    3. Steam/hot thermic fluid is passed inside the enclosed insulated chamber fitted with fin tube radiators
    4. 5 hp axial blower is used for uniform hot air distribution
    5. Piping connection from boiler to chamber is not our scope of supply
