    2. Natural gas for heaters; approximately 8 mm btu/hr is required; if natural gas is not available, fuel oil from the refinery can be used
    3. Cooling water supply at 1200 gpm of raw water at 83 °F, 30 psig
    4. Water treatment system for providing good quality water to the cooling water
    5. Steam supply (hot water) required for desalter, if one is required
    6. Nitrogen cylinders for blanketing/process purging during startup and shutdown procedures at 25 psig
    7. Hot oil medium for heater
    8. All transportation costs to site
    9. Site preparation, concrete slab, supporting structures required for the DFS-4 skids, site construction work; since this is a modularized refinery site work will be minimum
    10. Sufficient space to locate the process skid, heater skid and control room, with sufficient distance between skids to comply with local ordinance and insurance requirements
    11. Crude and product storage tanks
    12. Building(s) for storage and general office; fire protection
    13. Operating supplies required for start-up and operation
    14. Environmental permit, if one is required
