Items to Be Provided by Buyer
Electric power supply to the MCC at 480 three phase and 220 single phase; estimated power consumption is 200 to 250 kW
Natural gas for heaters; approximately 8 mm btu/hr is required; if natural gas is not available, fuel oil from the refinery can be used
Cooling water supply at 1200 gpm of raw water at 83 °F, 30 psig
Water treatment system for providing good quality water to the cooling water
Steam supply (hot water) required for desalter, if one is required
Nitrogen cylinders for blanketing/process purging during startup and shutdown procedures at 25 psig
Hot oil medium for heater
All transportation costs to site
Site preparation, concrete slab, supporting structures required for the DFS-4 skids, site construction work; since this is a modularized refinery site work will be minimum
Sufficient space to locate the process skid, heater skid and control room, with sufficient distance between skids to comply with local ordinance and insurance requirements
Crude and product storage tanks
Building(s) for storage and general office; fire protection
Operating supplies required for start-up and operation
Environmental permit, if one is required
Permits required for construction and operation of the refinery
Geotechnical analysis of site
Standards
ASME code section VII div. 1, ANSI B31.3, ICEA, NEC, NEMA, NFPA and TEMA
All electronics, wiring and enclosures shall be class I, division II, group D
