  1. Overview
    1. Four production lines (lines A, B, C, D) for POY (partially oriented yarn) manufacturing.
    2. Lines A and B were built in 1988; lines C and D were built in 1997.
    3. Each line produces 4700 kg per day.
    4. The range of denier or dtex is 60 to 280 denier/dtex.

    1. 2 Leonard extruders EOC 105, capacity +/- 200 kgs/hour each with controllers; motor 92 kW, resistance 52 kW, ventilators 1.65 kW, average temperature 285 °C.
    2. 1 complete system of transportation, packaging and weighting of POY reels.
    3. 2 air conditioning centrals AEL.
    4. 1 system of loading polymer to the silos.
    5. 2 manifolds.
    6. 2 filters CPF (Fluid Dynamics).
    7. 6 heating boilers with 12 final positions each (6 + 6).
    8. 12 cooling threads closets.
    9. 12 silage oil pumps Slack & Parr.

  3. Lines C and D – Year 1997
    1. Ventilator model AEL 4.5 kW, power resistance 90 kW, capacity 10000 m³/hour.
    2. Ventilator model AEL 15 kW, power resistance 45 kW, capacity 16000 m³/hour.
