  2. Unwinder
    1. Suitable application: used to unfold the basic fabric for the scrubbing pad.
    2. It adopts double-roller friction style to unwind the fabric.
    3. Working width: 2500 mm
    4. Un-winding roller: Φ350 mm
    5. The main frame of the machine is made of Q235-A steel and section bar.
    6. The surface of the un-winding roller is coated with coarse rubber.
  3. Glue-Dipping Machine
    1. Suitable application: the machine is used to convey the basic fabric by fabric guiding roller into the double roller which is rotating in the glue tank. The fabric is dipped with glue between the two rollers. And then it is dried by pressing roller to control the volume of the glue solution to enter the oven to dry and form into final product.

    11. Main drive and the reciprocating drive for dipping are controlled by inverter with time frequency.
    12. The glue tank is welded by stainless steel, and the flange is made of epoxy resin with open arc.
    13. Glue dipping reciprocating is driven by in-phase belt and spraying nozzles is made based on the glue.
  4. Three Layer Spraying Oven

    5. Three drying layers with top-blowing and bottom-suction method, hot wind penetration and convection with high heat efficiency. The drawer-like air duct can be cleaned at any time.
    6. The main body frame joints by 10# square groove steel and 5# angle steel.
    7. The apron bar for the spraying is Φ25 × 1.2 mm stainless steel solder pipe.
    8. The distance between the apron bar for front-spraying is 10 cm, and for the back spraying is 10 cm. Other apron bar is Φ28 × 1.5 mm solder pipe, and the distance between them is 10 cm.
    9. The three layers of driving apron of the dryer adopt stainless steel wire netting.
    10. Six cycle fans face-to-face located with top-blowing and bottom-suction method, hot wind penetration and convection. The air duct can be adjusted for up or down.
    11. The insulation board is 100 mm thick, made of 1.2 mm cold board, which is filled with temperature insulation asbestos and sealed by high temperature rubber loop air proofing.
